Shipping and Returns


Do you accept international orders?

⭑ When will my order be shipped out?
After your order is placed, printed items are shipped out within 2 weeks.
Custom items are shipped out within 3-6 weeks, as they are made to order and take more

⭑ How long is shipping time?
Canada and USA orders take between 7-10 days arrive
International orders take between 2-6 weeks to arrive

⭑ Is there expedited shipping?
If you would like to expedite your package, please contact me for upgrade options before
placing your order.
Expedited package couriers include UPS and FEDEX.

⭑ How can I check the status of my order?
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive
an email once your order has shipped out.

*VII is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, checking your local post is the best option for recovering it.

⭑ I need to change the shipping information on my order, can you change it?
Shipping information can be changed as long as the item has not been shipped. If you
would like to change the information, please contact us as soon as possible so we may do so.
If the item has already been shipped out than we cannot change it.

⭑ What if I need to cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible.
You may cancel an item and receive a full refund only if it has not been shipped out.
Custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded after 48 hours of placing that order.

⭑ When will my pre-order item ship out?
Each pre-order item has a general timeline of how long it will be until that item can be shipped
out in the item description.
Please add that time to the above processing and shipping time for an estimate on the
shipping time of your desired pre-order item.

*Please note, we ship with Canada post. This shipping service does not come with tracking, if you would like tracking on your package please email before placing your order so the additional cost can be added


⭑ Do you accept exchanges?
No. If you would like to exchange an order, for example an item does not fit you and you
would like a different size, you must return the item and place an order for a new one.

⭑What is your general return policy?
Returns may only be placed within 31 of placing your order
If you would like to return an item, please contact me so that I may expect the return.
Once you have contacted me, you have 10 days to ship your item back.
* Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs for returning items

You may only return items that are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

⭑  I would like a refund on my order?
Once an item has been returned, upon receiving the item back within the time period specified
above, a refund for the item will be provided.
Shipping cannot be refunded.

⭑ My item(s) arrived damaged / the item I receive is not what I ordered?
If the item(s) you ordered is damaged or you did not receive the correct item, please contact
us immediately and we will figure out the best option for you such as replacing or refunding
your order.
Whatever you may choose will be taken care of by the store, with no cost to the customer who
received said item (s)

*Please note that the store is not responsible for items damaged by the mail carriers (for example, ripped packages that may have damaged an item inside).
If an item has been damaged by a third party, the item cannot be refunded or exchanged, however if you contact me us we will provide you with a discount so you may place another order if you wish.
